Very close indeed!

This month we were delighted to hear that the North Oxfordshire branch members of CAMRA voted us as very close runners up in THE BEST PUB OF THE YEAR 2009.

We will continue to strive to provide all our customers with the service and quality expected and look forward to going one better in 2010.

Four ever changing real ales, with Casque Marque accreditation are allways on offer in our warm and friendly atomospheric pub.

Our heartfelt thanks go out to all those members of CAMRA that voted for us in 2009.

The garden at the Saye & Sele in 2010 will have the addition of a new pergola where you can sit under with a lovely glass of chilled pimms or whatever takes your fancy!!

For the smokers among our guests we are erecting a new area on our patio which should be ready by Easter 2010 weather permitting!!!!

On Wednesday the 26th May 2010 we are having a "Big Quiz Night" with Bar food available halfway through the quiz. Maximum team numbers are 6 and only £2.00 per person to enter.
